<p>I've never had procs trigger adds (i.e. when I use a non-damaging debuff and it procs, say, Perfection of the Maestro), nor do pets trigger adds.  If you use a debuff that has a damage component, then yeah it'll spawn adds.  Some people will swear procs do spawn them, but I keep him debuffed and proc stuff all the time and have <em>never</em> spawned adds on my raid.</p>
