Launchpad Streaming download issues

<p>I've re-downloaded EQ2 already 14-15gigs worth, yet when launchpad doesn't work, I have to reboot it.</p><p>When I do, it says I need another 15gigs to download. This is happening every time I log in.</p><p>There a way for it to stop downloading entirely without using the station launcher?</p>

<p>That is very unusual.  Where do you have EQ2 installed to?  It may be in a protected folder and can be moved out.</p>
