Slow New Halas load times.

<p>I know myself as well as a few others have had insanely slow load times when trying to load in to New Halas.  The game almost seems to freeze at the "Receiving Zone Info" for as long as 5 mins before the game finally loads into the zone.  Is there any way that this can be fixed?</p>
