Evacing people in combat

<p>FFS can we plz get this fixed, its getting realy old seeing a grp of people who are stuck in combat get evaced by 1 person who isnt.</p>

<p>Agreed, and while you're at it, fix the totem evac, it will sometimes work while a person is locked in combat.</p>

<p>It is pretty anoying to say the least. I feel like I am playing back 4 years ago when you couldnt kill a scout unless his evac was down.</p>
