BL on more then 1 SK, why not ?

<p>As far as raid goes, Bloodletter has been changed so that it only applies to group, so Multiple SK's in a raid can all have it up.  There's not any point to having multiples in a group, unless you are just helping out friends or don't care about your group makeup.  In this event, only the tanking SK needs it, and the other should not cast the buff.</p>
