Falling through FP balcony.

<p>Ok; I have a house in south freeport ( the 5 room house ) and all is well and good...but here is the problem. When my friend goes up top and tries to walk up the stairs onto the balcony she falls through the floor once she is off the stairs. I have put a plate down and she falls through that as well. I tried building a new set of stairs and she seems to fall through as well once she gets about to the height of the balcony. I have searched and asked people and I cannot find an answer or anyone else really with this problem. Any character she uses has the same problem. I have brought other people into the house and there is no issue. Oh and last but not least the floor is there aka its not some black void. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.</p>

<p>Does that happen anywhere else for your friend?   It might be that zones are loading slowly?</p>

<p>No where else, and the zone is fully loaded...there is no black void. When she gets to the aproximate height of the balcony she falls through as well ( i've build stairs up to the height )</p>

<p>Use /bug and report it.  These forums aren't going to solve the problem.  And I'd go ahead and save what you type to your desktop so you can copy & paste it for follow-up submissions.  :p</p>
