EVERFROST DISCONNECTS MISERABLE UNPLAYABLE!!

<p><span ><span style="color: #cae0e6;"> </span><p>THIS SERVER IS AWFUL.I JUST REACTIVATED MT EQ2 ACCT AND IVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! I AM CONSTANTLY GETTING DISCONNECTED. OVER 20 TIMES DURING THE LAST 12 HOURS OR SO.</p><p>I CALLED SOE AND THEY GAVE ME THE GENERIC RESET/PLUG INTO YOUR MODEM OVER THE PHONE GENERAL SUPPORT BS. MY BROTHER AND FATRHER (in the same household) ARE IT TECHS.MY PC/ISP/CONFIGURATIN IS PERFECT. I CAN PLAY ANY and EVERY OTHER MMO/FPS ONLINE WITHOUT ISSUE!</p><p>IT IS NOT MY PC!!!!!!</p><p>MT ALTS IN EQ2 ON DIFFERENT SERVERS HAVE YET TO DISCONNECT! WHAT IS THE MAJOR MALFUNCTION WITH EVERFROST--AND WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED. THIS IS COMPLETE AND UTTER BS SOE! PLEASE REPLY</p></span></p>

<p>Its not you... just got on forums to see if anyone else was seeing problem.. thought was my machine all day until cousin came over and logged in on wife's pc and started getting knocked out as well...</p><p>besides disconnects.. also having issue with quest journal.. click on a quest and some update details some do not...</p><p>saw similar message from a few days ago on guk.. and some responded that the problem was on EF then, as well...</p><p>if someone on staff could give some input, would be appreciated...</p>

<p>I am not aware of any further ongoing issues on Everfrost.  Something new may have come up but as I stated in that other thread, I play on Everfrost myself and didn't have an issue raiding all weekend.</p><p>I will look in to this more but if you all could provide more information, what that is I am unsure of at this moment, I will do my best to compile it all together.</p>
