Server problems, PLEASE HELP!

<p>I am so about to break my computer!</p><p>I have had this problem a more then enough times in the last two weeks.</p><p>After clicking play the loading windows come up as usual, however then a window comes up saying trying server #1, #2, #1 and it clicks backwards and forwards a few times. Then it says 'Could not connet to a login server. The servers may be busy; please try again in a few minutes'</p><p>Tonight I have tryed it every 5-10mins for an hour! nothing happens! Yet my dad is sitting right next to me and can log in and out as he pleases with NO PROBLEMS!!!!!</p><p>can someone please help me! It dosent happen all the time but say out of the last 7 times in the last two weeks ive wanted to play it has happened 5 out 7 times and I cant get on. So im paying for something i can't even log on too!</p>

<p>It sounds like you may have security software interfering with your connection to the game.  You will need to ensure that any firewalls, anti-virus, or security suite software such as Norton or McAfee, have been disabled.  We'll start with Windows Firewall.  You will need to click on Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Turn Windows Firewall on or off > check OFF for each section.</p><p>Double check the rest of your security software and make sure they are disabled.</p>
