Claiming Perks

<p>I recently just renewed my subscription i chose the 12 month renewal and got the reward perks for doing so i claimed the perk crate and unpacked it but the whistle for the Steed of the Blazing sun did not unpack even though it showed on the claim menu the cloak and armor set unpacked properly but the mount whistle was never actually available for me to use how can i get this fixed</p>

<p>First did you remember to check your mount tab? I bet it got placed there instead of your bags just move it out to your bags and move that bad boy to whatever toon you want via shared.</p>

<p>Beat me to it!</p><p>Yes, please check your mount tab.  If it is not there, you will have to open a petition as technical support cannot award that particular item, only the GM's can do that.</p>
