log-in problems?

<div>heya guys ive just tried to log in to get on eq2 and on the launch pad it says this: Sorry, there was an error initializing LaunchPad.Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again.and yet my internet is up and running any ideas????oh and ive done the clean boot</div>

<p>This error seems to be intermittent with a handful of customers.  Have you tried using Station Launcher to access the game?  It's not something I would typically recommend but for the sake of working around while we investigate the issue please give it a shot if you are still having issues.</p><p><a href="http://launcher.station.sony.com/" target="_blank">[Station Launcher]</a></p>
