Targeting Next and Previous NPC with mouse wheel

<p>It doesn't seem as if this is possible.  Most games I use (mouse wheel) for targeting and (ctrl+mouse wheel) for camera.</p><p>If it is indeed not possible where is the best place to request features and such?</p>

<p>I find it much quicker for targeting, with occassionly having to click a target instead.</p><p>I also would love to be able to cycle through Monsters only, and not crafting nodes.</p>
