<p>This option under account management has not been accessable for over a week now, from several different PC & browser combinations.</p><p>I just get the following:</p><h1>ERROR!</h1><div><div><p>We have encountered a system error while processing your request.</p><p>Please try again later.</p><p>We apologise for the inconvenience.</p><p>If you continue to encounter this error, please contact Customer Service at <a href="http://support.station.sony.com">http://support.station.sony.com</a></p></div></div><p>All other buttons under account management seem to be working.</p><p>Is there any other way of cancelling my subscription that doesn't involve a spell in a queue on the phone at international rates?</p>

<p>Please PM me your Station Name as this typically does require an internal repair.</p><p>You may also contact our Support Staff to open a ticket directly if you prefer.</p>

<p>I am also having same issue, trying to reactivate my account. I'm fine with not giving SOE any of my money, but it scorns me when they wont even take it when I try to.</p>

<p>This doesn't seem to be account specific.</p><p>I tried it on three of my accounts, and they are all doing this.</p><p>Try fixing it on your end first please.</p>

<p>It is account specific, and yes 3 accounts can have this problem. Especially when the owner is the same and interfaces with each account in exactly the same manner.</p>
