<p>When ever I log onto my station account on the eq2 website and try to view my characters and other stats, I get a message which states</p><h1>An Error has Occurred</h1><p>The page you are trying to reach no longer exists or an unexpected error occurred while loading the page. Please try visiting the <a href="http://www.everquest2.com/"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #800080;"><em>EverQuest® II</em> homepage</span></span></a> or refreshing the page.</p><p>If this Issue Persists, please <a href="http://www.station.sony.com/en/support/supportTopics.vm?category=PC&id=002"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #800080;">contact customer support</span></span></a>.</p><p>But when I log onto my other account<span style="color: #800000;"> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">I do not get this message</span></span>, and I have access to everything I need. why just the one account?, can you please help me?</p>

<p>Are you referring to the EQ2Players site and viewing your profile?  Do you get the same error if you search for your character without logging in?</p>

<p>I am having the same problem. Tried refresh no help. This has been going on for awhile.</p>

To answer your question when I try to log in to it using my username and password, I get the message. when I am not logged in I can search and look at stats. but not my personal locked material, When I am logged on to my other account i have access to that. Howerver my main account on the website seems to be locked, other have told me they have no issues, yet other say they have.</p>

<p>If clearing your browsers cache and cookies does not resolve the issue, please PM me your character information and/or Station Name and I'll submit a ticket for you to have your profile looked in to.</p>
