Hi! I am new to the inquisitor. I did a search and the info I was looking for was only speculated on in old threads (2006) so I wanted to get a confirmation here.

on our combat art AA's, what stat modifies the damage? str, wis, or is it purely off the min-max range of the weapon itself?

Since SF the only stat that affects our damage (including auto attack, combat arts and spells) is WIS.

Combat Arts (CAs) are nothing to do with your weapon auto-attack (AAs), they are completely seperate so your min/max damage on your weapon is irrelivant to how much damage a CA will do.

CAs are affected by the quality of CA spell, your WIS state, and potency. Changing these values will change the value displayed on the spell in your Knowledge Book.

CAs are also affected by the Crit Bonus modifier (assuming your get a crit hit of course), but you won't see that displayed on the spell, you'll only be able to calculate it if you are parsing the damage logs.
