View Full Version : Unable to renew subscription.

<p>My EQ2 subscription today was supposed to be automatically renewed but closed. So i proceeded to renew the subscription with a payment source. However it continued to give me -> <img src="http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k266/6543210hh/Issue1.jpg" width="800" height="500" /></p><p>I then proceeded to remove the payment source and add a different one to attempt usage of that. I know both payment sources are completely valid however when the 2nd payment source or 1st payment source are tried now this comes up</p><p><img src="http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k266/6543210hh/Issue2.jpg" width="800" height="500" /></p><p>Currently the issue is simple.. I can't pay for EQ2 to play it with any of my payment sources, This problem has gone on for quite awhile and i hope someone has a fix.</p><p>If not a direction towards a station approved site to purchase a EQ2 month activation code would be generous and save time.</p>

<p>Do you have pop-ups blocked or allowed?  The next screen you are supposed to see if a portal to your bank that is probably going to request your SS# last 4 digits.</p><p>If you do allow pop-ups and are still having this issue, would you please attempt it again under another browser?  Such as Firefox or Google Chrome.</p>

<p>Installed firefox , Enabled popups , 2nd screenshot still happens. If problem is unsolved a station approved site that sells month codes or cards would be tolerable intill a fix.</p>

<p>Our Station Store does keep SOE 30 Day Game Cards in stock.  These do have to be shipped.</p>
