Launchpad wants me to buy expansions!

<p>Trying to sign in using the Launchpad. After I enter my User Name and Password I go to the screen to select the game I want. When I click on Everquest II, I have a screen open that wants me to buy expansions which I already have. I have never seen this screen before and all I can do is continue and it says there is nothing in my shopping cart or cancel and I go back to the previou page. Whats up with this?</p>

<p>My account is listed as Closed.  Maybe yours is the same?  I had just renewed as well and logged about 2 hours ago.</p>

<p>Trying to figure out what we have in common ,did anyone else get flagged for destiny of velious from fanfaire this morning or on station access. It seems to have happened since the flagging for me.</p>

<p>Same here, Launchpad says my account doesn't exist but would be happy to sell me things I already have, Account Management says it's fine.  I'm also flagged for Velious from Fanfaire, but I've no idea when that posted.</p>

Same launchpad wants me to buy expansions too. I have been a subscriber for years and already have all the previous expansions.
