Randomized Apperance when Choosing server...

So whenever I create a character and spend a bit of time with the appearance options... as soon as I choose a name and server, then click play... the appearance just gets randomized (even as I'm looking at the character) and then the game logs in... [Removed for Content]? My character is now standing in the newbie area looking nothing like I wanted. What's going on and how do I stop this?

<p>Just wanted to check in quickly and ask if you have the alternate models turned on or off in your in-game options?</p><p>Could you possibly be setting an alternate appearance but using the original models or vica versa?</p>
