Internet explorer 9 you can't click on the text box to write a message!

<p>Weird one, but it doesn't surprise me as I noted this same exact behavior on my ipad a year ago (surprise no fix).  I'm in firefox right now, but when I use Internet Explorer 9 and go to write a new post I cannot click on the text box, nothing happens, no cursor, nothing.</p>

<p>It could be that the field is set to white and not transparent or something.  Try trying something in the box ( a few words) then drag your mouse back over where you would of typed as if to highlight it.  If you see what you typed then it's a problem with the new set up no you.  I couldn't find where to change back to my old set up but honestly I'm still sleepy so didn't poke around to much.  My husband and I just set up a new website for our guild and had a problem with the text box just as your are posting about and we had to adjust a setting in the box of the skin we were using.  </p><p>On a side note, I use Google Chrome and most of the time never use any but Chrome.  Not sure this will help you or not. </p><p>***Goes to get some much needed coffee***</p>

<p>Unfortunately, because IE9 is still in the beta/preview testing phases it may result in unexpected and unexplainable errors.  Until that version is finalized and released we may not have a solution for that browser.  The best advice I can give you is to make sure you are using the 32 bit version and not the 64 as even IE 8 64 has compatibility issues in many environments.</p>
