So I can betray to exile come back as a different class master up and now switch back between the two keeping my masters, any time I want. Is this right?

The only thing I would really loose would e guild status?

Also any advice on the fastest way to exile and come back to Qeynos?

Ah found doing the Bounties was pretty quick: 16 bounties and you had enough positive faction to move on to the last stage of the betrayal (just depends on your level)

Here is the wiki note, and as far as I know it is correct:

(Note: As of GU58, you no longer have your spells reset to apprentice unless you change class, and if you decide to change back to your previous class you get all of your previous spells reset to what they were before the initial class change.)

For betrayal, I personally always use the Kelethin (to become Good) or Neriak (to become Evil) citizenship quests after Exile.

For Kelethin, repeat the Basic Biodiversity quest to kill 3 orcs twenty times. The orcs are right on the next hill from the questgiver. You may have to delete and get quest again to have it always be the one to kill 3 orcs.

For Neriak, repeat the Traps and Stones May Break My Bones quest in DLW twelve times.

A caution about doing betrayal in Kelethin:

I recently betrayed from Illusionist to Coercer via Kelethin and found it was not possible to betray from Kelethin back to Kelethin.

The bounties for Qeynos given by the Qeynos Ambassador would not raise my faction high enough for the Kelethin Ambassador to give me his quests-- even though the Qeynos representative standing beside him referred me to him.

After doing all of the bounties I had only -23,000 faction with Kelethin and the Kelethin ambassador said that he remembered that I had chosen to betray Kelethin.

So, after all the effort of doing those bounties, I found that I had to become a Qeynos citizen first. I had to go to Commonlands and gain faction with Qeynos via the quests there, do the Qeynos citizenship quests given in SQ, and THEN I was given the option to switch my citizenship back to Kelethin.
