ssd performance while 2 boxing

<p>current specs:</p><p>i5-750 watercooled oc to ~3ghz6gb ddr1333ati 1gb hd5770 stock</p><p>i just ordered a 64gb sataII ssd drive, was curious whether or not i'll see significant performance boosts from installing eq2 on the solid drive? also, i'm using the streaming launcher so i'm having to keep two separate instances of the game install and i'd rather just use one - does the old launcher still work for multiple instances of the game on the same machine?</p>

<p>The old launcher still works but they're taking that away from us sometime after the new expansion is released.</p><p>Whether the new replacement launchers allow you run multiple instances off a single install is unknown at this time.</p><p>Given the way things are going right now, I assume we will lose that functionality and be forced to have multiple installs of the game to be able to box</p>

<p>Station Launcher would still allow you to have two instances of the game open but this is a functionality that does not exist with the LaunchPad.  I do not have any information at this time about any upcoming iterations of our LaunchPads.</p>
