<p><span style="font-size: medium; color: #993300; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;">Mah main 4 characters did the orignal Frostfell quest when it first came out (Dec 05/Jan 06) well before the AP system, they did it again to collect the gifts for the Fanatic quest but they didn't get any APEx (yes, most of the quests do have the [Repeatable] tag, but again, they did them before the AP system) mah other 4 characters who never did it at all before got the APEx</span></p>
