Logging In Issues (Does Not Load)

<p>Greetings.</p><p>Issue:</p><p>After I go through launcher and it does the normal checking for updates, I hit play. It goes to starting... then loads up a new window like it always does. This would be the time you would see the SOE Logo appear, and the ZUA picture appear, well on mine it doesn't. It loads up a new window, and then freezes every time at that point. I have cleared my internet cache, rebooted a few times, set it up to do a full scan before it loads a new window and nothing.</p><p>Any suggestions to a fix?</p><p>Thanks</p>
