Erro When Logging Off

<p>Everytime I log off I get this small window when I'm making the transition from the game to my desktop. Could somebody please tell me why and how to fix it? Just don't tell me I have to reinstall! <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" /></p>
