<p>Would it be possible to update the official thread <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=457291">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=457291</a> with the actual times that the international telephone support is available?</p><p>I tried contacting the UK support line regarding a character transfer at 10:15GMT and got a recorded message. This in itself wouldnt have been so bad if it told me what hours support was available so I could call back, except for the fact it wasnt in ENGLISH!</p><p>C'mon guys a little attention to detail goes a long way in any customer facing business.</p>
