Cannot receive citizenship quest in Kelethin

<p>I betrayed my lvl 90 ranger to become an assassin. I was exiled from Kelethin (I'm a fae). I received the bounty faction quests from Derek Travllor. Derek now gives the message:</p><p>" You've really helped us out. Thanks you. I have no bounties left, but Gibrien can help you earn more esteem with Kelethin."</p><p>Ambassador Gibrien Marsden is standing right next to Derek. When I hail Gibrien, he says:</p><p>"I believe we spoke earlier about your plans to depart Kelethin. I wish you good luck."</p><p>I've tried logging out and back in. Right and left clicking Gibrien and Derek multiple times. Running all over Kelethin and Green Knoll trying to find any other faction quests, but there are none.</p><p>Is this a known issues since GU 58 went live and moved these 2 from Green Knoll to Near Residential Arie? Anyone else have these similar problems? Thanks for your help.</p>

<p>I forgot to mention, doing the bounty quests took me from -50,000 to -23,000 Kelethin city faction. I am not being offered any additional quests from the NPCs Derek and the ambassador.</p>

<p>Doing a little more investigating, it appears I may have been wasting my own time, seeing as assassin is not an available class in Kelethin. The problem still remains for those that go from Kelethin back to Kelethin.</p><p>However, I'm off to Gorowynn now.</p>

<p>My girlfriend has the same issue, she started the betrayal quest and stopped once she realised what it was (after three quests I believe) and now she wants to move to New Halas but Ambassador Gibrien is telling her the same thing.</p><p>And yeah, Kelethin being good, you wouldn't be able to be an Assassin there, you will need to go to Neriak, Freeport or Gorowynn.  Good luck on your venture.</p>

There is a series of kill specific npc's and there is a series of repeatable's for faction also. They are given by different NPC's</p>
