View Full Version : Access accounts seem to be missing characters!

<p>I already replied to another post on this same topic but since the TSR had already replied as well, I felt it necessary to post this again...</p><p>It seems that more than a few of us are experiencing an issue where we have been paying for Station Access (and therefore 12 character slots) and yet, suddenly we are back to only having 7.  I have only 10 characters at the moment, so I am lacking access to three of them, whom I badly want to play and level crafting on.  It would've been nice to be able to do the Frostfell stuff on 'em too.  I put in a ticket on the 2nd of Jan. in the morning, and haven't heard anything back yet.  I really want my characters back, especially since I'm paying double the normal subscription fee for them. ^^ Please help!!!</p><p>Thanks for any help to any TSR's who are shoveling through all this. It's appreciated. You can see who else reported the problem by checking the orginal post of the similar title by 'wiserwolf'. He was helped by TSR DennisG, I believe it was.</p><p>holygraell</p>

<p>This should have been recently fixed.  Are you still having trouble accessing your other character slots?</p>
