<p>I have a 57 templar with 1 point in Enhance: Cure on the templar AA tree. The description on my cure says "heals target for 80-97". I was just running through one of the solo Frostfell instances and noticed that it never heals more than 64. Most of those were 60, and a couple were 63 or 64. (This is from the numbers in the log for Holy Touch, not just based on seeing green numbers flying around.) When I've used it my health has been more than 100 points less than maximum so it's not a question of the heal taking me to full health--each time it's happened I've checked my health and it's always less than 100% right after. Is this a known bug? I haven't been able to find anything in the boards yet.</p>
