<p>It's been years and years that i have played and had to quit SOE games because of how horrible their support is. Almost everyone has problems with their launchpads yet they never fix them. I guess it's cause they are a very unprofessional company, since this has been an outstanding problem for years with out any correction. I'm tired of no matter which launchpad you use on "ANY" computer it will f**k up eventually. Please SOE step up like you should and fix it already!! All you have to do is type "SOE launchpad" into google and it will fill in the rest since its such an outstanding problem. Pages are filled with valued customers asking SOE for help with the same issue with no response. I've played almost every MMO out there and never had any problems like this let alone the consistency of it happening all the time. </p>
