If so you lost 5 slots there. regular subscription is only 7 slots, sa is 12. If this is the casue you will have to purchase additional slots to get back the missing characters</p>

<p>I have this same Issue.  I have station access, already verified to make sure it is still active and it is.  When I log in I only have 7 characters available to me to use.</p>

<p>I too am having the same issue. It began when my old server (Befallen) was merged into Oasis.  It seems the extra character slots that I have been paying (and just paid another $30 for) are being 'ignored' by SOE.  I deleted one of the toons I didn't want to play anymore, and one of my missing 4 showed up in that one's place, so I'm still missing three whom I badly want to access.  I should have 12 character slots and am only showing 7 of my 10 characters.  I put in a ticket on the morning of January 2nd and have updated it once, and have yet to receive a response.  I'm aware that it has been the holiday season, but that is over now, so I'd appreciate being able to access my characters!  If the people who can fix this are still reading this thread, please help! Thanks</p>

<p>It is fairly annoying, I am just glad my raid toon wasn't one of the ones missing!  which they are all still missing.</p>

<p>A fix for this problem was pushed recently.  Please let me know if you are still unable to access all of your character slots.</p>

<p>I am having the same problem after Mistmoore merged with Parmafrost. I put in a CS ticket earlier in the week, via the petition system and still nothing. I am missing a LVL 64 Templar named Lilowen, she still shows up on the Guild roster in game, just not on my character select screen.</p>

<p>I've confirmed that the character is on your account.  Are you still not able to see them under the character selection screen?</p>

<p>I believe that I am seeing a similar issue.  My toons used to be on Nektulos server, but that server was one that was merged according to the listing before.  Perhaps this was due to my account not being active for a period of time during the consolidation of servers, but I cannot say for certain.  If this is not a similar issue, could you point me in the right direction? </p><p>Thanks in advanced!!</p>

<p>A quick fix we can try first is deleting your <accountname>_characters.ini and logincache-us folder which will force the LaunchPad and client to refresh your character list.</p><p>If anyone is still showing 7 slots but you are a Station Access subscriber please PM me and I will do my best to correct the issue as soon as possible.</p>
