View Full Version : Banned Account Due to Hacked Account Fix Please?

<p>My account was hacked around December 22nd, I changed the password and posted about it on this forum b/c the form used in game was out of order. I received a response and emailed the information to the proper place. I heard no response back, I used the previously broken form in game to create a game ticket. No response about my items being retrieved.</p><p>I finally emailed last night requesting status on the account items being retrieved, I received an email this morning informing me that my account has been banned b/c of the hack, which has irritated me to no end as the hacking problem has been taken care of but my items are still missing.</p><p>I am on the last few days of my vacation from work and would really love to play with my husband. Can anyone help with this? I've emailed all the requested information, again, to the person who banned my account and I have not heard back from them.</p><p>Normally I would just patiently wait, but, as I said, I'm on vacation now and would like to play the game.</p>

<p>Read the other topics, looks like we are all in the same boat. Little to no info or communication from customer service. Some people received emails sayign that accoutn hacks are not the CS top priority at the moment so we are being sidelined until they do whatever the hell else they think is more important...</p><p>Post ur incident #, hope a TSR takes interest here, and sit and wait... prob another month I would think at this point... But oh yeah, KEEP paying ur monthly fee lol, SOE /sigh...</p><h1><span>Incident: 101223-002093</span></h1>

<p>My account was hacked and banned, but I received an email from SOE about it. That is how I found out. The email had a phone number to call, 1-858-537-0898. Give them your incident number and all the info you have and they should be able to get it fixed. This is stuff they may ask.</p><p>- Last four digits of the credit card used to bill the account:- The name on that card:- The COMPLETE billing address:- Current Answer to your Security Question:- Account / Registration Key (usually found on the back of your CD case or on the instruction manual):- Real Name:- E-mail Address:- Station Username:- Birthdate:</p><p>Good luck. They were very responsive and got my problem fixed in no time.</p><p>Note: The number will incur long distance phone charges.</p>

<p>Ugh, I was just told since is the second time my account was hacked they would not give me my items back, but they would roll back my account to when it was hacked, so all the progress I've made with that character will go bye bye and I guess the new character I made would go away too?</p><p>So annoyed with this game right now, I wonder what they're doing that's causing them to not take hacks seriously? This is the SECOND time it's been hacked. And banning my account when I was only asking for my items back was a HUGE mistake on that person's part. </p><p>KnightMarshal I tried that, I got a great response the first time, or maybe I just didn't care as much and as I do now. I can't call them today because it's the weekend, but believe me I will be calling tomorrow.</p>
