Trying to put in a ticket, not showing up in status.

<p>Hello.</p><p>I went through the Station site to put up a ticket and after I hit "continue" after filling out the fields, I'm taken to another screen where I'm able to check the status of my question. It's not showing up at all and I'm not getting the email saying that my ticket has been submitted.</p>
