New pc and EQ2 won't work:(

<p>hey guys got a new pc for x-mas and eq2 will not work on it <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> it installs fine updates fine but will not launch......it says launching for about 5-10 secs then gose back to saying launch and gives me no error message <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> would me running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit have anything to do with it, if so any ideas on how i can fix it to work on my pc?? thx</p>
