<p>If you are not able to get past the SOE Logo, please close out the Launchpad and Download/Install this <a href="http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe" target="_blank">Adobe Flash Update</a>.</p><p>Let me know how it goes.</p>
