Confused about Reinstalling EQ2

<p>Hello, and Merry Christmas!</p><p>I just resubscribed to EQ2 today on a live server.  I bought a new computer, so I need to reinstall EQ2. </p><p>I went to the FAQ forum and saw the post about installing EQ2, but the link did not work.  The thread was also from 2008.</p><p>Right now the launcher says it's "Pre-loading game assets."  Is this the same thing as installing the game?  It's going to a different folder than where my EQ2 used to be, so I'm hoping these are not temporary files I'll need to reinstall every time I play, since it's 13 gigs or so.</p><p>Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I'm just really confused by the new "streaming" and can't tell if it's permanently downloading or what it's doing. </p><p>Any help would be appreciated!</p>
