The server could not find your characters...

<p>Please exit and re-run the patcher. This is the message I get when I select a character .</p><p>This is on my second account. That second account can log in fine if the main account is not logged in and it can log in just fine from either of my two installations of the game. This is the first issue I've had since the last issue whch was me having to put two seperate installations of the game on my pc. What is causeing this?</p>

<p>I am getting the same response when I try to log into the game.  Also, it only shows four of my characters on the character screen.</p>

<p>It sounds like the installation that you are having issues with has not been updated with the most recent files pushed out today.  You should just be able to restart the launcher.</p>
