<p>having the same issue.  On char select it states that your purchase cannot be completed at this time.  While ingame it just hangs there.</p>

<p>No pics. The base traits are infravision, +5% OOC movespeed, the transformation illusion form, and teleport to ally (same zone, 12 hour CD). Stats are int and agi. Combat is 2% double attack, +5 pierce/ranged, 2% cast speed, and a passive chance to proc a small life leech (2.0 times per minute). Non combat is 15% safe fall damage reduction, +15% stealth speed, 25% poison trigger count, and power regen. Pools are 3% power and a 2% health/1% power. Resists elemental and noxious. Tradeskills 2% success, 2% progress, 2 dur, 10% sage power reduction, and +5 all tradeskills.</p><p>The invisible weapon animation looks silly and ridiculous, still acts like a weapon is equipped for CAs. I unequipped it within minutes.</p>

<p>Without the invisible weapon equipped in the appearance slot their weapon animations look like any other race. I haven't tried using hand-to-hand weapons yet, I don't know if that will help. Might look fine with a brawler.</p><p>I got the same impression on the traits. I first rolled an inquisitor, took a look at the traits, then immediately deleted and rolled an assassin.</p>
