Server transfer token Issue..

<p>This past Saturday the 18th of December I logged in & planned on using The Double Station Cash promo for server transfer tokens. When I pulled up the Marketplace option ingame there was no option to buy the tokens. I filed a petition but it wasn't responded to. The following evening I filed a second petition as a followup & and was contacted but was simply told that all the GM's were very busy with quite a few issues & that my petition would remain in the queue.</p><p>I've to this point, Wednesday the 22th still heard nothing & I'm wondering If there is an issue or a way to find out what may be wrong on my end?</p><p>With the upcoming Promo running from the 24th thru the 27th of December, I'd like to utilize it if possible & any help would be greatly appreciated.</p>
