EQ2 Crashing in Frostfang

<p>Everything was going well until just the past few days when I'm in Frostfang zone my client just freezes and crashes.</p><p>I'm not sure if it's happening in any other zone now, because I can't even get to another zone without the client freezing.</p><p>Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>When loading into the launcher try going into options and clearing the cash and running a scan on the game assets.  Once completed try running the game again.</p>

<p>It's now not working in other zones.  I tried what you said and there's no difference.</p>

<p>Let's try reverting the game back to its original settings to see if it helps. </p><p><p>You may want to make backups and then delete the following files and folders:</p><p><ul><li>cache folder</li><li>eq2_recent.ini</li><li>eq2_default.ini</li><li>EverQuest2.exe</li><li>eq2.ini</li></ul></p><p>As well as the character specific files, these will appear as such:</p><p><ul><li>Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.ini</li><li>Stationname_characters.ini</li></ul></p></p>
