In-game mail window does not open

<p>When I click on a mail kiosk in game I do not get the mail window to show. This affects trying to conduct transactions with the broker or a merchant. I get the message "You are too busy to do a merchant transaction at this time"</p><p>I have already tried to reset in game windows to default but that did not help.</p><p>Using default UI.</p>

<p>chat channels, mail and friends lists are down on ALL servers for the Nek/Guk and Befallen/Oasis mergers</p><p>These services *may* be back up for the other servers before the mergers are complete, but for now, they are all down.</p>

<p>Seems to be back to normal, mail window opened and was able to retrieve my mail. May have been a server side issue?</p>

<p>mail, chat, and friends lists were taken down on <span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>ALL</strong></span> servers for the merger today, not just the ones being merged. That is why it wasnt working earlier but it is now.</p>
