Not sure if this belongs in the Zones forum group or here (and a /bug report has already been loaded), but whenever I zone into my main's house in South Freeport (1 Justice Road), this is the view she is greeted with. If I move forward, I fall through the floor and if I move back, I fall through the world, and teleported back to the entrance. Nothing game shattering but annoying nonetheless.

The same thing happened to me. After working with a csr, we figured out that I had items that were somehow mapped outside my front door, one rug in particular that I had placed in front of my door but had somehow gotten messed up. When you zone in, look around and see if there are any house items visable around you before you move. Pick them up, leave your house, and try zoning in again. If that doesn't work, you will need a csr person to actually go in and pick the stuff up.

There doesn't appear to be anything odd about the zone-in. It's smooth on our end and this is the first we've heard of any zone-in issues which makes me think it's a product of how we find your initial 'room' when loading you in to a zone.

And judging by your screenshot, I've got an idea-

Could you please pick up any houseitem around the entryway (from any room, not just the entry room). Clear the area - the cherry objects in particular that are noticable in your screenshot.

Give that a whirl and let us know what happens!

totally off topic, but i have to say i'm jealous of your frame rate, even if you are just standing there doing nothing. I've never been anywhere close to that. I didn't even know that was possible. Now I hate my computer even more.

Hope your problem gets fixed!

Okay, removed the one divider in the basement located under the entrance and that seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks for looking into the issue and the suggestion. Now to figure out how to place the divider and not get the issue again but still achieve the look I am going for....hmm....
