Sub Info

<p>Hi there, I added another plan to my sub info, cause my current sub would end on the 17th to I wanted to reneiw it. I did but it still says the Dec. 17th, 2010. Why is that? Please fix this... I dont know what to do. Also, it was a game card I that paid it with, every 30 days. I went to the EQ2 site, and when to the sub info and I just put the code on there and looked back and it says Dec. 17th, 2010.</p>

<p>Probably because that's when one subscription type runs out and the other one starts, and it can't display both at the same time.  However, I'd get on Customer Service chat and have them verify it.</p>

<p>Go to the Knowledge Base (like you were going to put in a petition).  You can get there from teh "Search Knowledge Base" box in the upper right of this page.  Sign in with your Station ID information.</p><p>Select the tab that says "Chat Support"</p>
