Cannot find Login Server/Timed Out

<p>I'm getting into the game but prior to the load screen it fails to find a Login Server, going through all nine. I'm on the streaming server, my wife however is on the pre launchpad launch screen and gets "Network Timed Out" message. She even DL'd the Station Launcher and was disconnected from server. End result is niether of us can get into the game. Any help?</p>

<p>If you have any security software installed please be sure the following files are not being blocked.  If they are already on your exceptions/allowed list, try removing them then re-adding the files.</p><p>launchpad.exe (Streaming Client)stationlauncher.exe (Station Launcher)everquest2.exe (Game client)</p>
