<p>I keep getting this error message, The program cant't start because d3dx_31.dll is missing from your computer.</p><p>Please help <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>You will need to install/reinstall <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=2DA43D38-DB71-4C1B-BC6A-9B6652CD92A3&displaylang=en " target="_blank">Direct X 9.0c</a>. Install <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=04ac064b-00d1-474e-b7b1-442d8712d553&displaylang=en" target="_blank">this version</a> if you are using Windows 7/Vista.</p>
