Bag window default WAY too high

<p>Reset my windows to default and now bag 3 and bag 6 are so high I can't reach them to move them or even access some of the items. Any ideas how to fix?</p>

<p>Hit F10 and drag them down and around and resize them then hit F10 twice more to return to normal screen.</p>
