<p>Just like the subject of this pst says, I cannot log into the login server. I have done everything suggested on numerous postings here in the support section and spent almost an hour waiting for a chat rep to tell me my system and connection is just fine. It seems to me that there is a server-side connection problem.</p><p>I would like to know exactly what is going to be done to fix this issue and when I can expect to be notified of the solution. I would also like a refund on my monthly subscription for the duration of this problem.</p><p>I seriously doubt anybody will care enough to answer this posting, but it does feel pretty good to vent.</p>
