Is this going to be a permanent problem?!

<p>I'm noticing a pattern. Past few days, I try to log on when I wake up and the launchpad says "Cannot connect to EULA, check internet blah blah.." when I'm clearly online. So, I attempt to go to the EQ2 forums and each time... they're down! So, my question is does this happen everyday to everyone? Is Sony patching in the mornings? (I normally try and log on at about 10 EST).</p><p>Also, after a few tries, the launchpad just decides not to work at all. I'll double-click the icon, it won't appear. About 3 - 5 minutes later, the launchpad will open and freeze on the SOE screen and crashes. But in about an hour after not touching it... it works. What's going on?</p><p>Just tried logging in again after logging off a couple hours ago, and I'm getting the EULA message again. I'm clearly online. Why? Is there a fix for this? Or does this happen everyday?</p>
