<p>STR line AA Perfectionist.  Reduces "long-reuse" combat arts' reuse timers by 50%, adds 15% damage.</p><p>Mortal Blade - 3 minute reuse time.  After Perfectionist:  2 minute reuse time.</p><p>Now, either my morning coffee hasn't kicked in, or that's not a 50% reduction in reuse time.  It should be 90 seconds.</p><p>Is there something I'm missing?  Is this a long-standing <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">bug</span> feature that the devs don't care to fix, or should Perfectionist's description read 33% instead of 50%?</p>

<p>It is bad math pretty much, but you are incorrect in calculating that the reuse should only be 90 seconds though.  The lowest you can get reuse of any ability down to is 1/2 of the base cast time.  It takes 100% ability reuse to actually lower your recast on a CA to half of the base cast time (100% reuse takes mortal blade recast to 90 seconds).  50% reuse really shouldn't even reach 2 minutes, and should be closer to 2 min 15 seconds.  So they are giving you a 67% reuse reduction, instead of 50%, so I wouldn't really be complaining if I were you.</p>

<p>ok heres the break down if u have 100% reduction it is equil to 1/2 of the over all timer sence there is a 100% reuse cap on all spells or c/a</p><p>so if its 50% resuse from perfection on c/a's over 2 min that means when u get j capped in raid or group u will have over 100% and u will have a 90 sec reuse on mortal blade and a 7 min 30 sec reuse on assassinate</p><p>i wish it was 100% reuse ment there was no reuse cuz then i could use assassinate or mortal blade constantly but they have to limit it at some point <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
