<p>Nothing you have suggested has worked for me.</p><p>I am directly connected to my DSL modem, no firewall, no virus scanning program, nothing running under the MSCONFIG so I am using a clean boot. I can ping and tracert all the suggested servers at sony.com, download and reinstall the streaming client, see that the streaming client is preloading content, but I can't log into a login server.</p><p>This is going on 7 hours today, the only day I get to play for the week so needless to say I am extremely frustrated. I spent an hour with chat support and they told me my connection was perfect and it "might" be a login server problem. When will we see a solution to this? or a refund?</p>

Anybody else still having this issue? Yet another Monday spent trying to ply rather than playing. Anybody out there even care to try to help?

<p>My husband and I have been having the same problem all day. We have tried everything that was suggested and still unable to play. This is so frustrating. I sure hope the problem is fixed soon.</p>
