Fix the emberstrike Spell in BGs/Duels!

<p>Emberstrike of any level is not working for me in a duel, or in Battleground, I stealth up, go to hit the target and it says Not in PvP Combat!? Its a Combat art! Please fix as its very irritating!</p>

<p>Petition is for GM/customer service help and report is to send text logs. You are supposed to /bug bugs.</p>

<p>The prefered method of getting anything fixed is PMing the details to a developer.</p><p>The developer your looking for is the pvp dev, Othlin or whatever.</p><p>All other methods of getting a problem fixed have far less chance at success.</p>
