"Failed to create zone" error

<p>This just started happening this morning for 2 of my characters trying to log in who are sitting in the Sundered Frontier. My other characters load fine who are in other zones. The game windows, presents message, and closes to desktop. I did a search and it seems to be a corrupted file? I'm not sure what to delete and re-install. <p>Did you do a full file scan, as suggested by the error message?</p><p>Just running the patcher isn't enough - there will be an option to do a full file scan, which takes a few minutes.  That compares all of your files to what they "should" be and downloads anything that might be screwy.</p>

<p>Thank you so much for the reply. I just found the option for "Full scan" under preferences. I never knew it was a sererate option and thought that's what the patcher was doing each time I logged in. i'm not too computer savvy :p Maybe they need to spell it out a little more for people like me LOL</p><p>Anyways, it seems to have fixed my problem! Just so I know fo future reference, is it something I did that would have caused my file to become corrupted? All I did this morning was run a couple BGs and as soon as I was switched from the BG server back to the Sundered Frontier, I crashed with this message.</p>

<p>If I had to guess (and that's all it is - a guess), your client was doing something with the Sundered Frontier file when you got pushed to Battlegrounds and that file got corrupted.  I don't think you are to blame at all, no.. I'd just chalk it up as one of those things.</p><p>You learned something today at least.. the Full Scan is your friend when things seem screwy.</p><p>Good luck~</p>
